About Us
Mandarins is Singapore's premier bilingual student care centre located in Bishan, offering a unique and immersive Chinese Language programme designed to inspire confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning. Through proven pedagogies and a nurturing environment, we help children develop strong Mandarin skills while deepening their appreciation for Chinese culture.
Mandarins was founded by experienced Chinese teachers and like-minded parents with a clear mission: to create an engaging, enjoyable, and supportive space where children can immerse themselves in the Chinese language. Our proprietary curriculum is developed and taught by former Ministry of Education Chinese as well as veteran English teachers, ensuring that it not only aligns with Singapore’s education standards but also includes enriching activities that spark joy and build a lifelong connection to the language.

We understand the challenges children face when learning Chinese and the support they need to thrive. A common barrier is the lack of opportunities to practice the language, which often leads to disinterest, a lack of confidence, and, in some cases, frustration with the subject.
